Job Description
In support of our ongoing growth, we are looking for an Associate Customer Success Manager to build and maintain strong customer relationships in order to facilitate a positive and productive long-term relationship and ensure customer loyalty relating to our Plex software platform. The position may be based out of our Troy, MI office or may be a remote role located anywhere in the Midwest or Eastern United States.
Essential Functions:

Develop and maintain extraordinary relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention while helping to grow our incremental revenue.

Effectively renew all assigned accounts with favorable terms and conditions.

Provide regular account reviews to highlight key results, metric analysis, demonstrated value and emphasize the ROI, as well as recommend process/procedure changes to better utilize Plex's solutions and services.

Demonstrate expansion of the Plex solution beyond the functionality introduced during implementation process and consistently seek new business opportunities by presenting and recommending new Plex products, services, and partner solutions.

Serve as a customer advocate within Plex, championing changes to the product and internal processes that will increase usage, success, and satisfaction.
Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree

Preferred Qualifications:
-
1-3 years in a customer facing role.

Prior experience in a manufacturing environment.

Ability to manage multiple concurrent client relationships.

Experience utilizing Power BI a plus.

Ability to learn new systems and processes with ease.
-
Knowledge of Gain Sight, Salesforce.com, or comparable software a plus.

Previous experience leading/facilitating groups in a business setting.
