Crown Pacific Fine Foods, a well-established family-owned distribution company, is seeking a reliable and motivated Sales Administrator for its distribution center in Kent.
Our Ideal candidate will be someone that has a positive personality that loves a fast-paced environment and excels in multi-tasking.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Assisting Office Manager and Sales team with customer service inquiries, data entry, input and process customer orders, organize orders by route/store, call customers to verify order quantities, filing/pulling invoice copies for research projects, calling customers about billing discrepancies, assist with front office tasks, assist sales representatives with administrative tasks such as preparing sales reports and presentations, maintaining customer databases, and coordinating meetings.
Additionally, collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any customer issues or concerns.
A successful candidate must solid experience with the Office Suite, typing and 10 key by touch.
Hours: Monday-Friday 830am to 5pm

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
