The Senior Program Manager, Ordering Execution will drive improvements in specific ordering capabilities, including NPG inbound flow, pack type, and reserve stock. The Sr. Program Manager will initiate research and provide informed advice to facilitate key business decisions, as well as develop structured plans and roadmaps for short-term and long-term delivery.
Strategy Development: Develop, coordinate, and implement plans that optimize specific ordering strategies. This includes identifying issues that impede business success and provide solutions/recommendations.
Leadership Effectiveness: Own and drive processes, including follow-through and related communications to enable successful organization leadership. Identify and facilitate opportunities to create cross group collaboration and synergies. Partner successfully with executive level leaders.
Problem Solving: Work with NPG leaders and key business partners to drive to recommendations and execution. This includes the ability to source and collect data, analyze, or build models to interpret data, and drive to action, including the creation of materials to drive cross-functional leadership teams to make decisions.
Communication: Distill intricate concepts into clear and concise narratives, utilizing storytelling techniques to enhance understanding and engagement.
Drive Vision and Results: Engage with partners to influence outcomes, build relationships, encourage swift decision making and drive momentum to achieve results.

You own this if you have…
A bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of related experience (e.g., strategy consulting, program management, merchandising/inventory/supply chain/operations).
Strong business acumen and proven delivery of projects related to inventory and ordering.
Effective at driving complex multi-stakeholder processes and cross-team programs to desired results while managing risk.
Demonstrated strong capability in verbal and written communications skills for a large, multi-discipline organization.
Proficiency in telling the story through PowerPoint and Word narratives.
Experience in data analytics and financial modeling is a plus
Ability to create effective relationships, influence and collaborate internally and externally at all organizational levels.

Pay Range Details
The pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different in other locations.
Washington: $103,500 - $175,000 Annually
This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more.
