Listing Manager
Oversee onboarding of new listings, including scheduling contractors, staging, vendors, and client communication.
Oversee listings marketing campaign, including print and digital.
Follow listing checklists to assist and manage all aspects of transactions and provide high-touch service to clients.
Expense Tracking
Database and Schedule Management
Meet daily to review priorities.
Assist in managing schedule and calendar.
Keep CRM updated with new leads, clients in contract, and closed deals.
Update client address information after closing. Keep email communication with clients saved in CRM. Execute email marketing campaigns through CRM to past clients.
Contract to Close
Execute the contract to close the checklist on listings and buyers in contract.
Coordinate with title companies, appraisers, inspectors, lenders, and other vendors. Track timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met and contingencies satisfied to ensure a successful closing experience.
Update clients by phone for progress updates.
Client gifting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
