SUMMARY
The Senior Project Manager objective is to ensure that client projects are completed to contract specifications, on time and within budget. Support project teams to ensure they have necessary information, materials, and time budgets to successfully complete their project related work. Achieve client and staff satisfaction to support retention and growth.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES
- Be point of contact with the client and consulting partners.

Collaborate with PM team and Project teams to ensure all clients and projects requirements are met timely and within budgets.

Manage scope and budget using Scoro.
- Develop project workplans and timelines with project teams.

Manage project workplans and delegate tasks and deliverables.

Ensure the team has everything it needs to meet deliverables.

Coordinate creative, campaign, communication, and community engagement strategies.

Manage communication with clients and lead project meetings.
-
Anticipate client needs and proactively provide solutions.
- Contribute to maintaining and growing accounts for the company by ensuring quality, timely deliverables.

Manage paperwork and approve payments to vendors and sub-consultants.

Approve time for monthly invoices.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports to clients and to internal project teams.

Occasionally set-up and staff project events

Occasionally travel to alternative work locations, including TVA, project and client sites.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- BA - Marketing, Advertising or similar area of study
- Minimum 5 years' experience in similar position

Experience working in a public relations, advertising, or communications agency
- Experience creating and managing to a scope of work

Experienced in managing project budgets

Experienced in managing creative processes for advertising campaigns, including website, graphics, video, and audio.

Experienced in sourcing and negotiating with freelance creative talent.

Experienced in copyright and licensing agreements.

Experience executing projects in health, transportation, construction, retail, public policy, education sectors.

Experience using Microsoft Office products, especially well versed in Teams & SharePoint.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
To successfully perform the essential duties of this position, an individual must be able to sit at a desk for four or more hours a day, and use office equipment, including phones and computer keyboards, for four or more hours per day. Individuals must be able to engage clients over the phone and in-person by voice. Must be able to travel to attend and conduct events in the Puget Sound area. This may require physical agility to push-pull, squat, twist, turn, bend, stoop, and to reach overhead. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds. Salary range $85,200 - $107,000 per year
