Routegenie is seeking energetic self-starters to join our team! We are a software firm that offers a variety of solutions to a variety of businesses all over the US. Routegenie is a leading software solution/Software as a Service (SAAS) targeted toward transit agencies, non-emergency medical transportation and paratransit providers across the United States.
We are seeking a part time Tier 1 Technical Support Representatives to help make sure that our customers can take full advantage of their software solution and get the help they need.
Our Support Representatives should be highly motivated and ready to tackle a variety of tasks, some being complex. They should be able to think quickly on their feet and solve problems in real time using all of the products and technical tools at their disposal. Experience in customer success, technical support or a call center is highly desired. Bilingual is a plus!

Applicants should demonstrate the ability to:
Ask questions to thoroughly understand a customer's reason for calling and the problem they are experiencing
Identify if issues are due to back end settings, user error, or system bugs
Triage more complex issues to be handed off to a specialist or developer
Present premium features that a customer may benefit from but are not currently using
The starting salary for this position ranges from $16-19 per hour. Part time position, shifts range from from 5:00AM-9:00AM, 5:00PM-9:00PM Monday through Friday, 6:00AM-8:00PM Weekends.
