Position Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Cancer Center / Oncology

Shift: - Days, M-F 8AM to 4:30PM
All RN positions pay between $30-$47/hr, not including the $5 shift diff for nights and additional $2.00 differential for weekends
Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our client's Medical/Surgical Floor team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with a variety of medical and surgical conditions, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.
Key Responsibilities:

Assess and monitor patients' conditions, vital signs, and overall well-being.

Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patients' medical histories and current needs.

Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians.

Assist with diagnostic tests, surgical procedures, and other medical interventions.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate patient care.

Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including documentation of observations, treatments, and outcomes.

Provide compassionate support and address patients' and families' concerns and questions.

Adhere to infection control protocols and ensure a safe and clean environment for patients.

Participate in continuous education and professional development to stay current with medical advancements and best practices.
Qualifications:

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio.

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Previous experience in a medical/surgical nursing setting preferred.

Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical and surgical procedures.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.

BLS/ACLS certification required.
