Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Acquisitions Manager at Sutton Systems LLC. As a Real Estate Acquisitions Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, underwriting, and negotiating on potential real estate investment opportunities both ON and OFF market. You will lead a team of two (2) or more Acquisition Agents through the acquisition process(locating, underwriting, valuing, negotiating, etc.); following our standard operating procedures. The role is remote with one mandatory in person meeting each week.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in real estate acquisitions or related field
- Strong knowledge of real estate markets and investment strategies
- Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills
- Ability to evaluate property value and feasibility of investment projects
- Effective negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
