Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing quality dental care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include assisting dental procedures, taking patient x-rays, maintaining patient records, and ensuring a clean and sterile environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for dental health.
Duties:
- Assist during dental procedures
- Take and develop patient x-rays
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations
- Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Schedule patient appointments
- Assist with front office tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Completion of an accredited dental assisting program (preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
