We're seeking a Facilities Manager for our autism clinics to maintain and oversee company grounds, buildings, and equipment at multiple sites nationwide to ensure that all workspaces are safe and functional. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with relevant regulations.

What You'll Do

Oversee the building maintenance of centers within a region.

Conduct and document regular facilities inspections developing action plans from these inspections to complete repairs and upgrades.

Complete minor repairs within centers as needed.

Supervise contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality expectations as work is being completed.

Order and coordinate the delivery and installation of any new equipment, furnishings, signs, etc., for centers within your region.

Support the openings of new centers by coordinating with vendors for final delivery and installation of IT equipment, playsets and playground equipment, furnishings, interior signs, and graphics, etc.
- Monitor and manage project budgets, expenses, and timelines to ensure projects are completed within approved parameters.
- Ensure security and emergency preparedness procedures are implemented properly and communicate workplace safety precautions to employees.
- Ensure that repairs and upgrades align with organizational goals, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage relationships with contractors and vendors, addressing any concerns that may arise.
- Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including progress reports, budgets, contracts, and correspondence.
Education/Experience and Other Requirements

Bachelor’s degree

Construction experience/background

Ability to read and interpret architectural plans

Ability to travel regionally to clinic sites (80%)

Willingness to submit to drug and background screenings
Expertise Needed

Proven experience in facilities management and construction
