Our Property Management Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will work to ensure that the manufactured housing community is safe, well-functioning, and aesthetically pleasing for our residents. The Maintenance Technician will interact with our residents so a commitment to serving our residents professionally is an important part of the role.

Responsibilities of the maintenance specialist should include:
1. Preparing mobile homes for new resident move-ins.
2. Promptly addressing and resolving service requests.
3. Renovating and improving vacant mobile homes.
4. Coordinating and working alongside third-party service providers and contractors.
5. Complete grounds work as directed, which may include picking up trash and trimming landscaping.
6. Other responsibilities as may be determined.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Prior manufactured housing community maintenance experience.
2. Professional and courteous personality that will be committed to providing quality service to our residents.
3. Ability to prioritize, stay organized, and adapt each day to new opportunities and challenges.
4. Desire to learn and grow within a role with a growing company.
5. Ability to lift 80-100 pounds and perform tasks necessary to accomplish the above-described tasks.
6. Valid driver's license.
