Silotech Group is recruiting for a Senior Wireless Engineer to serve as enterprise engineering support and execution coordination.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities

Serves as enterprise engineering support and execution coordination, assessing architecture scalability and limitations. Defines and designs complex system specifications, input/output processes, and working parameters for solution compatibility and interoperability.

Integrates basic automated systems/processes/documentation for IT management for technical and operational deliverable categories. Works in concert with Technical Project Leads to facilitate timely corporate and commercial reach back for all technical, sustainment, or operational assistance required to support AT&T deployed solutions.

Works with the EU service provider to ensure end-user access objectives are captured and documented. Provides on-boarding and integration support for the specified set and number of applications identified by the program office.

Designs and implements data networks, such as wireless local area networks (WLAN) infrastructures, systems, and subsystems. Performs network modeling, analysis, and planning. Designs wireless network security measures.

Researches and recommends wireless network management, distribution, and access hardware and software. Establishes and maintains wireless network performance by baselining configurations and connections and troubleshooting network problems.

Defines, designs, and develops unique system requirements for wireless networks. Assesses existing architecture hardware limitations and designs complex system specifications with input/output processes as well as working parameters for hardware/software.

Oversees design of subsystems and integration of total system. Analyzes and resolves difficult, complicated, and systemic network deficiencies. Develops technical investigations of systems design and operations.

Aligns wireless design to product roadmap and initiatives. Oversees and consolidates design efforts on multiple projects. Participates in recurring status meetings and stakeholder discussions.
Experience

7 years of experience in wireless engineering or similar role
Education
-
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field highly desired
