Salary Range: $18.00/hour to $22.00/hour

THE MODULAR TEAM
Modular solutions by CEI anticipate and solve ongoing problems for data center operators. Our proven, factory-built and tested data center infrastructure products bring deployments online faster, more reliably, and with less risk than conventional methods.
ABOUT THE ROLE

Data Entry

Sorting, filing, scanning and copying invoices.

Assist in miscellaneous projects (able to perform duties and responsibilities as assigned)

Answering phone calls in MS teams and participating in team meetings

Always ready to assist and comply to all rush/urgent requests.

Meet deadlines.

Direct delivery drivers to correct doors for deliveries.

Log in all visitors.

Administers PPE to all visitors.
Skill: Applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks.
Job Complexity: Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice.
Supervision: Normally follows established procedures on routine work, requires instructions only on new assignments.
ABOUT YOU
You are a strong customer service-oriented professional with experience in data entry and sorting and filing confidential/critical documentation. You understand the importance of being a meticulous record-keeper and come always ready to assist with urgent requests. Your technical skillset includes MS Word/Excel, knowledge of Adobe – formatting and editing, and Microsoft Teams. On top of being flexible and organized, you are a multi-tasking whiz and are comfortable being in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Any combination of education and experience that, in the sole judgment and discretion of Company, would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications may qualify.
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
Licensure/Certifications: None required.
Experience: Typically requires a minimum of 1 - 2 years of related experience.
