Duties:
- Provide compassionate and quality care to hospice patients and their families
- Assess and monitor patients' physical and emotional well-being
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families on disease management, symptom control, and end-of-life care options
- Assist with pain management and symptom control measures
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely in medical records
- Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Requirements:
- Valid nursing license (RN or LPN)
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in hospice or palliative care
- Strong knowledge of medical documentation, including medical terminology and anatomy
- Proficient in assessing patient needs and providing appropriate care interventions
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
- Knowledge of physiology and disease processes related to end-of-life care

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,055.00 - $90,730.00 per year
