Law firm representing employers offers exciting opportunities for professional development and working collaboratively on our team for our Paralegal/Office Manager position. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to excel at all aspects of legal work.
This is a great opportunity for a qualified candidate to let their talent shine in many aspects of Paralegal and Office Manger abilities, such as drafting legal documents, complex calendaring, scheduling, managing business relationships with clients, developing office processes, gathering and processing legal evidence and working closely with Attorneys to ensure smooth operations of the firm.
Candidates with Office Manager/HR or Bookkeeping experience are encouraged to apply. We're looking for a team player willing to help out with whatever firm needs are. This is a fully in office position.
Workers’ compensation, employment law, WISHA or medical background is desired but not required. Experience as a Legal Assistant, Paralegal or Office Manager desired but not required. Must have proficiency in MS Word, Outlook and Excel and type 40+ wpm. Compensation DOE.
