Job Summary

In this position, you are at the forefront of the service operations. You constantly work hand in hand with the field technician and the customers coordinating, discussing, updating, and processing jobs. You also partner with other business leaders and decision makers to continually improve our service operations and offerings.
This position is continually involved with all activities in the value stream. From the time the office receives the PO for an equipment or services sale through completion of the job, invoicing and payroll approval. Processes that you will oversee or be a key contributor / partner with include order management, parts inventory and shipment, inside and outside sales, service coordination, quotes, management of technicians, invoicing and collections, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities and Duties
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Open and close jobs.
- Schedule, route, and coordinate technicians and vendors.
- Planning of reoccurring pm work.
- Quoting.
-Works directly with the service team to ensure business operations are flowing efficiently, work is being handled in a productive manner, and the customer is being taken care of.
- Promote and enforce company policies and safety regulations to team members.
- Analyze and swiftly resolve problems as they arise.
- Attends scheduled and impromptu management meetings.
- Responsible for coordinating all subcontractors and ensure they stay on schedule.
- Accurately estimate hours and materials for scheduled jobs.
- Performs all clerical functions as needed (Example: Timesheets, Daily Reports, Materials Used, etc.)
-Collaborate with sales on contract terms and order processing to minimize errors and maximize accuracy and on time delivery. Maintain and enhance profitable service operations.
-Maximize cash flow by ensuring invoices are generated immediately upon completion of work, resolving disputes in a timely manner, managing expense budgets, and increasing utilization of the service team. Ensure that standard service work processes are followed.
-Provides assistance to the office and handles office related service tasks and matters.
-Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills

- Demonstrate a track record of the ability to direct, organize and supervise work effectively & efficiently.
- Demonstrate a track record of the ability to accurately evaluate and document the skills and abilities of assigned personnel.
- Computer proficiency is required, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access), Adobe and others.
- A degree with 3 years experience or a non degree with 5 years of experience (coordinating experience), or other equivalent combination of education and experience.
-Our clients are single unit companies to large organizations with 1000 plus units staffed by professionals and they demand good customer skills and good communication skills. You will also need administrative discipline for filling out reports and logs, and good general computer skills.

Switchgear from Siemens, Cutler Hammer, ASCO, GE, Zenith, Cummins, Thompson Technologies, Eaton and Square D.
(UPS) are Liebert, Eaton/Powerware, APC, Pillar, Static Power, and True Power.
