TELECOMMUTE ELIGIBILITY:
This position is essential and does not have the option to telecommute.
JOB PURPOSE: Responsible for the timely and proper maintenance of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and environmental systems within the facility. This includes inspecting, cleaning, repairing, and replacing equipment and components as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintenance
· Maintains exterior grounds as needed (landscaping/snow).
· Ensures proper maintenance of HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems of each Community facility.
· Completes building repairs and maintenance; repairs and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment.
· Provides maintenance services and activities with other related departments.
· Paint and do touch ups of all areas inside and outside of the building.
· Light plumbing work including but not limited to working on toilets and faucets.
· Light electrical work including but not limited to changing light bulbs, outlets and light switches.
· Light carpentry work including but not limited to building, repairing, and maintaining miscellaneous wood products.
· Assist with supply deliveries, trash removal, moving furniture, event set ups/breakdowns.
· Keeps all exterior areas clean, free from debris and in good repair.
· Attends departmental and staff meetings as requested.
· Attends and participates in in-service educational classes, on-the-job training programs, etc., as scheduled or as directed.
· Accepts on call responsibilities as necessary
· Operates Heavy Equipment such as Skid Steers and Snow Plows
· Maintains Safe operation of the Swimming Pool
· Operates company vehicle
· Assisting outside contractors when needed
· Maintaining/Servicing In-house phone system
· Maintaining/Servicing cable system
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
