Crowd Control: During busy periods or special events, manage crowds and queues to ensure a safe and orderly shopping experience for customers.
Loss Prevention: Implement strategies to prevent loss of inventory through theft, fraud, or administrative errors. This may involve monitoring inventory levels, conducting audits, and collaborating with store management to address vulnerabilities.
Emergency Response: Be prepared to respond effectively to emergencies such as fires, natural disasters, or medical emergencies. This includes following established protocols, assisting customers and employees to safety, and coordinating with emergency services as needed.
