We are currently seeking a CSR to join our team. Candidates must be dependable and have the experience listed below. Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Ideal candidates must:
Have at least 1 year CSR experience,
Be computer literate,
Possess good command of English language (spelling, grammar, punctuation),
Have effective communication skills (oral and email),
Possess professional personality, able to work with different people
Be detail oriented,
Be enthusiastic & willing to learn,
Be able to multi-task,
Be dependable, reliable & trustworthy,
Possess basic mathematical aptitude,
Be able to work independently & effectively with minimal supervision
Be Bilingual in English & Spanish
Basic responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Act as main point of contact for assigned client accounts
Schedule appointments via Outlook
Process incoming/outbound orders via Warehouse System
Ensure proper documentation and billing for storage services
Set appointments and respond to clients via email
Check in/out drivers at Shipping/Receiving window
Assist warehouse staff with issues
Run reports as needed by management & clients
File & scan daily paperwork

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
