Job Summary:
StitchMine Custom Embroidery is seeking a Customer Service/ Sales Representative with a background in the retail and/or business to business environment. Candidates will have a knowledge of customer service management applications and be proactive in establishing procedures and processes. You will be responsible for developing client relations and assisting in sales to maintain and grow the business. This position offers an exciting opportunity to

have excellent computer skills, the ability to listen to the customer and
understand how to make product and service recommendations.
This is a base salary plus commission position with an active customer list so commissions will be immediately. There is no commission caps and we have a very high repeat customer rate so your success should grow month over month, year over year. Additionally, there are bonus opportunities.
Responsibilities and Duties Responsibilities: •
- Handle key customer orders and inquiries.
- Creating relationships with net new organizations looking for our products and services •
- Working inbound leads that we receive through our well optimized website.
- Working with our current database of clients to expand the amount of business they do with us.
- Manage customer service activity •
- Troubleshoot and resolve any key account issues and/or concerns •
- Document and update customer records using our order management platform. •
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services.
- Qualifications and Skills Qualifications: •
- Previous experience in marketing, customer service, sales, and/or customer service management applications desired but not necessary for the right person. •
- Ability to build rapport with clients •
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment •
- Ability to prioritize and multitask •
- Positive and professional demeanor •
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
