Job Summary:
The Law Offices of Steven A. Varano, P.C., a Full-Service Firm in Little Falls, New Jersey, is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. We are seeking an individual who will be able to greet clients and manage a high volume of calls on a daily basis.
Duties:
- Welcome and greet clients;
- Politely and professionally answer and direct a high volume of telephone calls on a daily basis;
- Maintain the front desk and lobby area;
- Prepare and distribute mail;
- Provide general administrative and clerical support.
Qualifications:
- Experience with working in a Law Firm is a plus but not required;
- Must be dependable and professional;
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills;
- Excellent verbal communication skills;
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, & Excel);
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
