Location: Houston, TX
Position: Regional Manager. You will be responsible for developing a regional office in the Houston market, managing our existing clients and developing new client cities, counties, MUD’s and others. You will be responsible for design, winning work, proposals, developing staff, adding resources to meet the needs of your office and meeting specific company metrics.
Purpose: Open and grow the Houston office for civil/environmental engineering with emphasis on water resource projects. These projects include water supply/treatment/ transfer facilities and pipelines, wastewater treatment and reuse, lift stations, sanitary sewer line, utility relocations, utility rehabilitation and drainage. Transportation shall be added as needed and this business group shall be developed by the Regional Manager.

You will communicate with clients and direct reports the company mission, vision and strategy. You will play a key role in the evolution of our design culture and drive initiatives that enable creative thinking to achieve greater results. You will play a key role in hiring a team of engineers, scientists, and CAD designers along with support staff to excel in building our regional team. You will need to be highly engaged in the recruiting process to build the team to lead a design group with design excellence. You will lead the team in sharing ideas and design approaches to render optimum solutions and financing alternatives for our clients. You will approach management in a way that is informed on the technologies that are available to provide the best technical approaches to design solutions. Compensation is based on experience and innovation that will include an ownership option based on performance and meeting growth and revenue goals. (Salary range is $170,000 plus based on experience).
