**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel at communicating with customers, resolving issues, and promoting company products or services.
**Responsibilities:**
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat/ticketing system.
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Assist customers with order placement and tracking
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Perform outbound calls to follow up on customer concerns or inquiries
- Utilize CRM software to document interactions and analyze customer data
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
- Proficiency in data entry and CRM systems
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend solutions
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is a plus
- Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in use with Mac computers
- Typing skills must be better than 45 words per minute, as there will by mostly email and ticketing.
