Duties:
- Engage with customers to understand their technical needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our solutions
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers throughout the sales process
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to effectively position our solutions in the market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Experience:
- Previous experience in technical sales or a similar role is preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and explain them in a clear and concise manner
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
