REQUIREMENTS FOR POSITION:
~Hours are Monday - Friday 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM firm;
~Reliability (attendance closely monitored);
~Professional appearance and conduct;
~Proper use of spelling, grammar, punctuation, and basic mathematics
~Communicating clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
~Excellent verbal and written etiquette;
~Well-maintained vehicle;
~Valid AZ Driver’s License;
~Exceptional time management, computer, and organizational skills.
JOB DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
Tax and Insurance Specialist
~Research and input property tax and property insurance into the system;
~Skillfully work with insurance agents, taxing authorities, and customers to ensure information is current;
~Timely pay insurance and tax invoices;
~Accurately insert data into computer system;
~The expectation is that the onboarded junior specialist will transition to a senior specialist within one year from hire date.
General
~Other duties as assigned by Management.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
~Sufficient formal and/or informal training to provide the ability to read and write at a level consistent with the requirements of the position;
~High School diploma plus any combination of education and experience that would provide the required skill and knowledge for the successful performance of this position
~Interview Priority will be given to applicants with loan servicing and/or property insurance experience
Skill and Ability* to:
~Meet the professional standards of the office in both manner and attire;
~Learn how to accurately and timely keep up with "to-do's" (ticklers) in our database;
~Perform basic research and report results;
~Read and apply rules, regulations; proofread material and make necessary corrections;
~Learn and follow standard office procedures; learn appropriate filing and record-keeping systems; select appropriate business formats;
~Work cooperatively and effectively with Management, staff, and the public;
~Demonstrate outstanding organizational skills and ability to prioritize work.
