**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism. The role involves utilizing applied behavior analysis to assess, develop, and implement behavior intervention programs.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify behavioral needs
- Develop individualized behavior intervention plans
- Implement behavior analytic techniques to modify behaviors
- Provide training and support to caregivers and other professionals
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care
**Requirements:**
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis
- Knowledge of special education practices
- Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations
- Strong interpersonal skills for patient care
- Familiarity with applied behavior analysis principles
- Understanding of medical terminology related to behavioral health
