BOOST is helping our client hire a Program Manager with management experience and a passion for building strong teams and enhancing an organization’s processes and strategic growth. This Program Manager will support The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) which is responsible for protecting the Nation's critical infrastructure from physical and cyber threats.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify, assess, and prioritize strategic risks to national critical functions.
Develop and implement risk management strategies to protect critical infrastructure.
Serve as the primary point of contact for collaboration between the private sector and government on infrastructure security.
Facilitate cross-sector collaboration to develop plans and solutions for reducing cyber and other systemic risks to national and economic security.
Lead and manage crosscutting risk management efforts, ensuring alignment with CISA's cybersecurity and infrastructure security mission.
Oversee the execution of strategic initiatives and programs within the NRMC.
Lead a risk analysis team of 22 highly skilled Subject Matter Experts.
Utilize analytics to support the protection and resilience of critical infrastructure.
Provide leaders with timely, actionable information to support decision-making in dynamic, all-threats, all-hazard environments.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Nation's infrastructure landscape, including physical and cyber environments, and their interconnections.
Analyze the systemic, functional, and geographical interconnections of critical infrastructure to identify vulnerabilities and risks.
Engage with stakeholders across various sectors to understand their needs and challenges.
Prepare detailed reports and documentation on risk assessments, strategies, and program progress. Communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership and other relevant stakeholders.
Stay current with emerging threats and trends in cybersecurity and infrastructure security.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve risk management processes and strategies.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Experience managing programs relating to private and public sector information sharing and leading teams working in a fast-paced environment with private and/or federal sector stakeholders.
Experience developing and implementing process methodologies at an agency or corporate level for analytic programs.
At least ten (10) years of experience and an MA/MS degree or higher or fifteen (15) years of experience with a college degree.
Possess and retain a Top Secret (TS) Clearance
Desired Qualifications:
Risk analysis background.
Financial sector background.
The ability to manage multiple ongoing projects.
Program Management Professional (PgMP).
Enterprise risk management experience.
