Counseling Faculty (Adjunct)
Southwestern College is looking for adjunct counseling program faculty members who share our vision of transforming consciousness through education and embraces our mission and core values. We welcome applications from candidates seeking to teach in a consciousness-based and transformational learning environment.
Successful candidates will have a master’s degree in counseling, a minimum of three years of direct service in a clinical mental health setting, and professional counseling license. Preference will be given to candidates who have three-plus years of higher education teaching experience in a counselor education program including online/distance teaching. This position also requires strong interpersonal skills, a collaborative orientation, and a demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. Reports to Course Leader.
