Overview:
We seek an experienced and dynamic Strength and Conditioning Coach to work exclusively with the CEO of a high-growth technology company. This role involves creating customized fitness programs, delivering one-on-one coaching sessions, and ensuring the CEO's physical well-being through continuous training regimen assessment and adaptation. The ideal candidate will be flexible, travel-ready, and passionate about promoting a healthy and active lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop customized strength and conditioning programs tailored to the CEO's goals.
- Provide hands-on, one-on-one coaching sessions to ensure correct form, technique, and safety.
- Provide feedback and track performance metrics, making adjustments as necessary.
- Adapt and modify exercises based on the CEO's progress, feedback, and potential injuries or concerns.
- Schedule and coordinate with industry-leading experts in rehabilitation and strength and conditioning for mentorship and knowledge sharing.
- Travel alongside the CEO as needed, maintaining a consistent fitness regime.
- Promote a healthy and active lifestyle.
- Run occasional errands as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of five years of experience as a strength and conditioning coach in one-on-one and group settings.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility to travel and adjust to the CEO's busy schedule.
- Ability to collaborate closely with rehabilitation and coaching experts.
- Passion for fostering an engaging training environment.
- Certification in strength and conditioning specialty.
- Master's degree in Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, or a related field preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
