Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Training & Development Coordinator. This entry-level position will play a crucial role in supporting the Training and Development initiatives along with assisting the Quality Management Systems team. A successful candidate in this role will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our corporate training program and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the department.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage the shared team inbox.
- Prioritize and respond to day-to-day emails in a timely manner.
- Redirect inquiries to the appropriate team members when necessary.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of the corporate training program.
- Ensure program materials are up-to-date and accessible.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions and events.
- Provide administrative support when needed
- Assist in document preparation, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Coordinate with team members companywide to ensure training initiatives are completed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or certification is a plus).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
