Key responsibilities & duties:
- Knowledge of printer/copy paper PREFERRED
- Address customers’ inquiries.
- Receive, manage and follow up orders from customers.
- Enter and process orders in SAP and maintain an order tracking sheet.
- Manage orders in the pipeline by working closely with customers, Sales, Logistics, and respective Mill
- Provide quotes to customers on customized sheeting orders. Generate cost sheet and memo for approval when applicable.
- Set up and maintain product name and item code in SAP
- Maintain a fair volume of each standard sample in the sample room. Assist sales person in ordering and dispatching non-standard product samples as requested.
- Manage display and sample storage in the sample room.
- Receive, document, and process claim. Follow up with return authorization and collaborate with accounting to issue a credit memo.
- Prepare a memo for orders below the bottom price, and follow up with the approval process.
- Provide various weekly sales reports
- Maintaining expert knowledge about company products
Requirements:
- High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Experience working with customer support.
- Knowledge of printer/copy paper PREFERRED
- Bilingual/Spanish is a MUST
- EXCEL a MUST
