Job Summary:
We are a small, established chiropractic office seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk / Chiropractic Assistant to join our team.
Prior experience in Chiropractic is not required. We are happy to train the right person.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and courteously
- Assist patients with check-in and scheduling appointments
- Process copayment and maintain accurate records
-Respond to requests for patient records
- Assist with patient care
The duties require someone with no issues being on their feet assisting with patients. It can be fast paced at times.
Experience:
- Previous experience in healthcare, retail, customer support or a similar role is preferred
- Proficient computer skills and ability learn new software.
Requirements:
Team player, friendly, dependable and punctual. It is also important that you are able to multi-task and "switch gears" as needed.
Hours: ~ 20 hours per week. We do have the ability to have some flexibility with the schedule. We will be happy to discuss that with you during the interview process.
