MNS is a residential real estate brokerage specializing in residential rentals and resales; as well as new development planning, sales/rentals and marketing; across Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens.
We are looking for an experienced real estate professional to:
- Meet with developer and maintain developer relations
- Regular site visits and documentation of all projects and statuses
- Monitor upcoming building timelines so you can adequately prepare to launch in a timely manner
- Proactively make suggestions to increase productivity for sales / rentals towards specific building goals, including pricing out all units for building launch.
- Ensuring all buildings achieve the highest prices and PPSF for the Landlords/Developers on all deals, and advising them when to accept or deny certain requests based on your expertise
- Recruit and hire New Development Agents
- Conduct regular in-house sales and leasing training
- Set up and maintain on-site sales/leasing offices
- Track deal closings and progress
- Monitor absorption and conversion ratios for all assigned properties
- Set up and attend weekly meetings with Landlords / Developers
- Review and track all agent document submissions for accuracy
- Consult and provide suggestions on lease content for new projects
- Review agent application packages prior to submission to Landlords
- Coordinate closing schedules and punch lists for Sales Projects
- Track client demographics and trends
- Notifying marketing of trends or feedback in order to better focus the ads and materials
- Monitor competitive inventory
- At all times, ensure the best interests of our clients/developers whom we represent are upheld first and foremost on all deals
Requirements:
- Experience in residential real estate is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel is necessary.
- Candidate must have strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Knowledge of New York City Stabilization policies, Offering Plans, and previous experience with on-site.comcredit screenings and procedures are preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
