As a small, full-service accounting firm providing tax preparation, bookkeeping, payroll and small business consultation services we strive to meet diverse client needs.

- Ensure complete communication with client and firm personnel.
- Strengthen the client relationship through knowledge of client business.
- Recognize opportunities to provide additional service to existing clients
- Strong customer service focus - interact with customers in a professional, friendly and nurturing manner.
- Effectively prioritize and manage time
- Pay exceptional attention to detail
- Demonstrate dependability and flexibility
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Prepare individual and business tax returns (1040, 1120, 1120S, 1065, 1041)
- Assist in firm administrative functions as necessary.
- Adherence to Circular 230 practices
- Have the ability to think analytically, identify tax issues, opportunities, and solutions
- A willingness to explore non-conventional problem solutions.
- Currently active LTP, LTC, EA, or CPA license in good standing (CPA Candidate will be considered)
- 3 or more years of recent tax preparation experience.
- We use Drake (You should too, but not required)
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Advanced Knowledge of QuickBooks (Desktop and Online)
- Strong understanding of windows File Manager folder system.
