Overview:
We are seeking a Construction Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our construction projects by providing administrative and organizational assistance. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the construction industry. Must be able to speak, read, and write Spanish and English
Duties:
- Assist with general administrative tasks to support the construction team
- Manage and organize project documentation and files
- Coordinate communication between project stakeholders
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Provide clerical support such as proofreading documents and organizing schedules
- Assist with front desk duties as needed
Skills:
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Strong organizational skills to manage project documentation efficiently
- Administrative capabilities to handle office management tasks
- Customer support skills to assist clients and team members effectively
- Data entry proficiency for maintaining accurate records
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
