Job Overview:
As a Call Center Representative / Customer Service for our VoIP technology company, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Answering customer calls in a courteous and efficient manner, resolving issues or redirecting calls to the appropriate department.
- Proactively identifying and escalating complex technical issues to the appropriate internal team for further investigation and resolution.
- Making outbound follow-up calls to customers to ensure their satisfaction, gather feedback.
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records of all customer inquiries, comments, and actions taken.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
- Willingness to learn and to take on new challenges.

Pay: $22.15 - $25.93 per hour
