Role Overview:
We seek an energetic and driven Personal Injury Attorney for our growing Auto Accident Personal Injury Division. This role requires previous experience in handling auto accident cases in volume. The ideal candidate should have experience leading a team of personal injury department members. Spanish language proficiency preferred, but not required for the right applicant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all phases of auto accident personal injury cases from intake through settlement
- Develop and implement legal strategies and processes to efficiently handle high-volume caseloads.
- Oversee and mentor a team, conducting training, quality audits, and annual performance reviews to ensure excellence in client service.
- Collaborate closely with medical teams on ordering guidelines, review and analyze medical records to build compelling cases.
- Draft legal documents, including complaints and motions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with court requirements.
- Maintain direct communication with clients, providing guidance and support through the litigation process.
- Engage with other law firms to share knowledge and best practices in personal injury litigation.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active membership in the Texas State Bar.
- 2-10 years of experience practicing law
- Strong client-facing experience; ability to clearly and compassionately communicate with clients.
- Proven case management skills with the ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, superior organizational abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
