G&M is seeking a seasoned Sales Account Executive/ Business Development Account Manager
Responsibilities:
· Drive the generation of new sales leads across a broad array of product categories
· Drive the sales and maintenance of new accounts
· Grow existing clients and expand service areas
· Develop a plan to address problem areas and prepare analysis for new sales.
· Conduct negotiations with the client’s/procurement teams
· Lead RFP responses and negotiations
· Manage marketing campaigns
· Maintain sales CRM tracking
· Prepare proposal and statement of work and maintain renewals
· Maintain on-going relationships with customers to ensure maintenance of current base as well as growth of new sales
· Attend industry conferences and represent G&M in different presentations/exhibits
Required
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least three years’ experience of selling B2B preferable in the pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device industries or related vendors
- Proven record of meeting/exceeding sales goals Strong computer and internet research skills
- Experience with Cold Calling and Cold Emailing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
- The ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, outside clients and vendors
- Personable and a team player
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $64,131.00 - $78,662.00 per year
