Instructional Design Role:
Zelus is looking for an experienced instructional designer with strong creative, analysis, and relationship-building skills.
The candidate will work closely with clients to analyze their needs and develop customized training solutions. The role requires the following skills: data gathering techniques, including interviewing, facilitation sessions, and business process review.
The candidate will be expected to have client services experience, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to form strong client relationships at all levels of the organization.
Anticipated deliverables include instructor led classroom learning, including: workflows, training modules, job aids, and lesson plans; and self-paced online learning modules.
Candidates must have 2+ years of experience as an instructional designer.
Critical thinking, problem solving skills, and an aptitude to learn business applications are required in this role.
Candidates must be comfortable in MS WORD, and PowerPoint. Articulate 360 is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
