Our Orthodontic practice is seeking an experienced Orthodontic Patient Care Coordinator to provide concierge level service for our patients. We are looking for a friendly, reliable, energetic individual who is skilled, highly organized and works well with all personality types to join our exceptional team. Spanish is a plus, but not a must. We provide a warm, professional, friendly and fun experience for both our patients and our team.
Our Patient Coordinator is responsible for delivering quality and compassionate care to every patient.
Duties include but are not limited to: greeting patients upon their arrival and checking them out when they leave; maintaining accurate patient records and insurance verification; managing and scheduling patients; answering phones calls and returning voicemail messages; managing office email account; assist with managing our social media accounts; supporting our Financial Coordinator, our Treatment Coordinator and other team members; promoting our practice; participating in community outreach and local community affairs.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal; the ability to work under pressure and handle a variety of tasks simultaneously; the integrity to always to do what is right; and the desire to build relationships. Orthodontic, dental or medical office experience is a plus; however, we may be willing to train the right candidate that is deemed coachable. Must be loyal, astute, driven, highly motivated, enthusiastic, present a great attitude and be ready to learn.
