We are excited to open our doors and we are looking for a talented and passionate Bar Manager to lead our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bar Leadership: Lead and inspire the bar team, exceptional service and efficiency during busy shifts.
- Cocktail Creativity: Develop and curate an innovative cocktail menu that celebrates Southern flavors and traditions, while also introducing exciting new creations.
- Inventory Management: Oversee bar inventory, ordering, and cost control to maintain efficient operations and maximize profitability.
- Quality Control: Set high standards for drink preparation, presentation and consistency.
- Training: Train and mentor bar staff in mixology techniques, customer service, and maintaining a clean organized bar.
- Attention to Detail: Prioritize cleanliness, organization and attention to detail to maintain a well-kept and inviting bar area.
- Guest interaction: Interact with guests, sharing your knowledge and enthusiasm for the bar’s offerings.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure a seamless flow of service and a harmonious dining experience.
- Compliance: Adhere to all relevant regulations and safety guidelines while promoting responsible alcohol service.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Bar Manager or Lead Bartender in a full-service, fast-paced dining environment.
- A passion for mixology and creating unique, high-quality cocktails.
- Strong inventory management skills and cost control experience.
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
- Impeccable attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
- Knowledge of beverage trends, industry best practices and current health and safety regulations.
- Relevant certifications and training in bartending or mixology preferred
