Staffing Partners Hawaii is in need of 10 Call Center/Data Entry Representatives to work at our clients Honolulu location. You may help support their call center line, other call center duties or Enrollment duties. MUST be comfortable phone servicing to assist with high call volume in a call center setting. Should also be able to multitask (use two different screens, use different applications while listening to members, etc.), be on time every day, and work the required schedule.
The manager prefers candidates who are closely aligned to a call center role. Prior experience (or a combination) in the following areas is highly preferred:
- Working in a call center environment
- Working in a medical/clinical environment
- Positions involving stressful situations and good problem-solving skills
- 4-6 months of customer service; non-retails roles are preferred (e.g. banking, collections, claims, etc.)
Location: Honolulu, in the Ala Moana area where it is very easily bus accessible but parking is not provided.
Work Hours:
7:30 AM - 4:30 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, (Monday-Friday) + overtime as needed
(must be available for either shift, the client will let you know which shift).
Primary duties: Assist providers and members with inquiries (e.g., provider eligibility, membership card requests, enrollment, etc.), resolve issues and identify trends.
- Assist in the call center with inquiries regarding medical benefits / health plan.
- Check claims history to avoid any denials of claims currently in process.
- Focus will be primarily on a few designated lines of business.
- Assist newly enrolled clients or assist in enrolling clients.
Other job requirements:
- Cannot accommodate extended time-off for the first 3 months
- This position requires you are vaccinated for covid-19
- Excellent listening, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle difficult and stressful situations effectively.
- Strong relationship building, critical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience is highly preferred:
- Working in a call center
- Available to work overtime on weekdays and Saturdays (if needed)
