Alpine Dermatology is a comprehensive dermatology clinic where our patients come first! We focus on medical, surgical and cosmetic conditions of the skin, hair and nails. As a Triage Medical Assistant with Alpine Dermatology, candidate must:
- Hold an active CNA or MA license
- Possess a strong attention to detail and be very organized
- Have exceptional customer service and written communication/grammar while charting and conversing with patients
- Be able to multi-task
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance
- Knowledge of Google Workspace (Sheets/Docs/Gmail/Chat)
Job duties include:
- Communicate with patients via telephone and email
- Relay pathology and lab results to patients
- Schedule surgery follow up appointments
- Assist with prior authorizations and prescription refill requests
- Stock exam rooms
- Maintain inventory controls of medical supplies
- Autoclave medical equipment as needed
- Send incoming and outgoing medical record requests
- Laundry
- Provider coverage for MA shifts in the event of staff being out of office
Schedule will be Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Shift will begin at 9:00 am and be 6-7 hours with an hour lunch.
