We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the management of medical office buildings in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Long Island. The successful candidate will be dedicated to enhancing tenant satisfaction, maintaining high-quality facilities, and optimizing financial performance. This role requires a background in managing medical or hospital real estate.
Key Responsibilities:

Tenant Experience: Deliver a "Best in Class" experience by maintaining a high level of service and responsiveness to tenant needs.

Marketing and Leasing: Coordinate marketing and leasing activities, conduct property showings, qualify prospective tenants, and negotiate lease agreements and renewals. Prepare property and marketing reports for third-party clients.

Move Coordination: Manage tenant move-ins and move-outs, including walkthroughs and transition support.

Financial Management: Supervise, plan, budget, and control operating and capital expenditures. Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, management plans, and monthly financial reports, including variance explanations.

Staff Management: Oversee, train, and manage staff assigned to the property portfolio.

Market Analysis: Regularly monitor the competitive market to ensure properties are effectively positioned to attract and retain quality tenants.

Property Maintenance: Conduct site inspections, adhere to preventative maintenance schedules, and ensure compliance with Fire and Life Safety processes.

Vendor Management: Build and maintain relationships with vendors, ensuring they provide high-quality, dependable, and cost-effective services. Manage vendor agreements to mitigate risk for building owners, investors, and clients.

Project Management: Oversee tenant improvement projects and common area improvements, ensuring timely and professional completion.

Safety Compliance: Ensure all OSHA requirements are met and maintain Safety Manuals for each property.
Qualifications:

Proven track record of delivering excellent internal and external customer service.

In-depth knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire, and safety.

Strong experience with financial reporting and analysis.

High energy and a consistently positive attitude.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Proficiency in various business-related computer software applications.

Bachelor’s degree preferred, along with evidence of continuing education.

Active participation in professional and community organizations is a plus.
