Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication skills.
Duties:
- Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with inquiries or issues
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide updates on their requests
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times
- Multilingual skills are a plus, as we value the ability to assist customers in multiple languages
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in data entry
- Minimum High school diploma, higher education degree preferred
