Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities or special needs
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medication and monitor health conditions
- Implement individualized care plans and follow behavioral support strategies
- Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding
- Provide transportation to appointments, community outings, and recreational activities
- Support individuals in developing independent living skills
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment
Skills:
- First aid and CPR certification
- Experience working with people with autism or other developmental disabilities
- Ability to lift and transfer individuals who may require assistance
- Knowledge of nursing home, hospice care, home care, or senior care practices
- Proficiency in assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Physical strength and ability to perform heavy lifting as needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassion, patience, and empathy for individuals with special needs

Exact schedule - Monday 7am-9am and 3pm-9pm; Friday 3pm-12am; Saturday 8:30am-4pm, 4pm-12am and 12am-9am; Sunday 9am-1pm and 1pm-9pm

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
