Key Responsibilities:
- Client Liaison: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their security needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Team Leadership: Manage a team of security personnel, ensuring effective deployment and scheduling, while ensuring contractual coverage, training, and performance management.
- Operational Oversight: Monitor and optimize security operations to uphold the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
- Time Labor Management: Working knowledge of industry Time Labor Management (TLM) software. Knowledge of UKG is a plus.
- Experience with scheduling: Practical working knowledge of ensuring contractual coverage, managing callouts, and ensuring overtime control management.
- Risk Management: Assess potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.
- Compliance and Oversight: Ensure all security protocols and procedures adhere to legal regulations and client requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in private security management, ideally in a corporate or high-profile environment. Minimum account management experience 3 years.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at client interaction and problem-solving.
- Sound knowledge of security protocols, risk assessment, and emergency response procedures.
- Relevant certifications, NYS guard license a must.
