Call Center EAP Counselor
PAS is seeking to add to our exceptional EAP clinical services team in St. Louis. We are looking for Master’s level licensed EAP Counselors to provide telephonic assessment, in-the-moment clinical support, televideo counseling, care management and onsite clinical services for our EAP customers. We require a Master's degree in a mental health related field (e.g. counseling, psychology or social work) and exceptional customer service skills. Experience in the EAP field a plus. Successful candidates are available to work weekdays. This is a full time position with excellent benefits and a compassionate work environment.

Essential functions:
- provide expert consultation to callers related to personal and workplace concerns
- assess and intervene appropriately in crisis situations, both with individual clients and client organizations
- deliver immediate and scheduled clinical and coaching support services telephonically, via live chat and televideo
- facilitate referrals to appropriate EAP services, community resources and medical services as needed
- complete clinical and administrative documentation clearly, concisely and in timely manner
- clinically manage cases in caseload for successful resolution
- deliver critical incident and disruptive event support at client organization sites as needed
Skills/Abilities:
- available to work 7am-7pm weekdays
- simultaneously speak with callers while entering data on the computer
- strong technical and computer skills
- excellent customer service skills
- adapt to changing demands and variable work pace
- rapidly develop rapport with callers
- strong communication skills – telephone, live chat, text, email, and televideo
- able to work independently and problem-solve
- demonstrable clinical skills in mental health support services
