We have a great opportunity to join our team as a Front Office Coordinator / Patient Care Concierge in a brand new, luxury Plastic Surgery Practice. In this pivotal role, you'll be the heart of our patient's journey, educating, coordinating, and scheduling their path to transformation through plastic surgery. As the primary liaison between our patients, staff, and physicians, your compassion and organizational skills will shine.
- Build meaningful relationships with patients exploring cosmetic procedures

Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Open / close front office according to office protocol
- Greet patients into the office, check in for scheduled appointments
- Answering telephones
- Scheduling patient appointment
- Check out patients, schedule follow up appointments, and collect fees due
- Patient Communication- via in person interaction, telephone, text and email
- Triage patient inquiries and concerns
- Patient follow up
- Admin tasks, as needed
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma, or equivalent; College degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a patient / customer facing front office setting in a medical practice; and / or experience in a high-volume luxury brand company with a focus on customer experience.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills
- Above average computer, grammar and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, with high attention to detail
- Ability to eloquently manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Treat patients and co-workers with respect
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work as a team member
- Ability to work occasional events, outside of normal office hours (in-office)
We are actively recruiting for the right candidate, looking to place the perfect new team member right away! Preference will be given to candidates with prior Plastic Surgery or Cosmetic Dermatology, Luxury Sales and or Hospitality experience.

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
