Infosys is seeking a Program Manager with extensive experience of managing Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations. The position will primarily be responsible for leading and managing a large Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation. The selected candidate will lead the Rollout team for one Business Unit consisting of business and IT Teams. The candidate is expected to plan and schedule project activities, coordinate with stakeholders, provide status updates to leadership, manage resources and training needs, manage risks and execute cutover/testing cycles during implementation.
Required Qualifications:

Minimum 11 years of Information Technology experience.

Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree.

Candidate must be located anywhere in USA and should be willing to travel or relocate to client location Pittburgh, PA.. This position may require travel in the US.

Should have 9+ years of experience in implementing Oracle ERP with at least 2 end to end implementation on Oracle cloud.

Good overall process knowledge in Sales, Manufacturing, Distribution, Services and Financials.

Strong skills in Program governance and delivery including blueprint, discovery, design, rollout

Understand business requirements and be able to convert into implementation roadmap and bring in diverse perspectives.

Ability to review requirements from a cross- functional perspective and interdependencies.

Work with multiple stakeholders to articulate value and drive consensus
-
Have the End to End understanding of a company’s processes.

Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills. Strong leadership and delivery management background working with offshore teams and 3rd party application teams etc.
- Ability to lead different tracks to ensure completeness of solution activities for the project.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Implementing Oracle cloud across manufacturing customers.

Experience in MFG industry having worked with business models.

Experience and Knowledge in AGILE SCRUM processes.

AGILE SCRUM Certification is a Preferred, and Distribution Industry Experience is a plus.

Ability to track and manage complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams.

Experience managing team size of 30 would be a plus.

Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
